      Really believes in and follows diversity and inclusion, people are very lovely to work with, focus on the process and procedure, and always try to work on improvement.

      - A lot of opportunities to grow - A lot of industries-specific knowledge - Way ahead of the competition in terms of innovation - D&I is not just on the headlines, but actually inside the teams

      Cons

      - Average-Low salary (compared to engineering salaries) - Low headcount in all areas of the company, which tends to increase workhours A LOT - Slow career growth (2-5 years between each promotion, at least, unlike strategy consulting firms) - A lot of M&A, which are both opportunities and pitfalls, since you need to adapt yourself pretty quick
