Business Outlook
Pros
The talent at AspenTech is great and contributions are valued. The benefits are the best I have had. Pay is very good and the 3/2 office policy and flexibility for remote workers where the talent supports that have been excellent ways to ensure AspenTech keeps the top talent in the field.
Cons
Just acquired by Emerson, so not sure how much of this will remain the same. With 40 years of software development there is some sense of "we've always done it this way" to overcome when you want to make change.
