Pros

Location, salary and health benefits. Many nice people working there.

Cons

Negative atmosphere; lead by fear and intimidation. Chaotic internal processes; Red tape is endless. Expectation is to acquiesce to superfluous demands on a daily basis. No autonomy. Myopic in their business plans. Blind obedience is expected. No empathy for unexpected family matters. Paranoia is rampant in the high echelons of management.

Talented, creative and friendly professionals working in the Reading UK office

Cons

No room for creativity, well-being, recognition, nor motivation/incentiveness. Strictly no respect for employees, which yet are at the core of business.
