Excellent employees with world leading knowledge Opportunities to travel Remuneration and benefits good and comparative to the market

Cons

Hostile senior management with deep distrust of the employees Poor ranting communication from senior management through 'All Employee Call' conference calls Random redundancies which do not appear to make business or economic sense - creates atmosphere of paranoia and extreme overwork for remaining employees Long hours culture Only the favoured get recognised and promoted (and you need to be US based)

Pros

There are some good people in the organization. Salaries are fairly competitive. Burlingtin is a decent location compared to their old Cambridge office.

Cons

Exec leadership leaves a lot to be desired. SDLC is still buried in the mid eighties....outside consultants destroy any sense of team within software de.

No access to training No flexible working pattern No respect for employees Short term view management (no longer view than maximum 6 months) No understanding of what it means to be a global company
