      Pros

      The office is located in the inner city with crowded public transportation and expensive parking lots. Poorly qualified -corporate lickspittlers are common and get promoted as managers. Moreover, the company lacks of good leadership to enhance the morale, lower the impostor syndrome and the teamwork.

      Cons

      The VP’s do not hear the common engineers and their needs. The CEO belittles the opinions of the employees. Poor wages. The Mexico-city’s branch is more a call-center rather than an excellence-innovation center.
