      Horrible working environment to deal with executive management. Complete mistrust from management.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, but they leave so quickly because they get burned out. Made a lot of new friends because so many people quit. Great product and customers really like using the product I'm an expert at PowerPoint because it takes 20 revisions to get a paperclip approved.

      Cons

      Management is completely dysfunctional, especially CIO. No trust, always looking for cheapest solution without regard for it working and being a supportable solution. Look at how many people have left IT and then tell yourself its a people problem not a management problem. HR looks the other way when Senior Management treats you like a doormat. Initiative is not welcome.

      Pros

      Good products. If you can survive here, yes, you can definitely survive anywhere.

      Cons

      Lots of experienced people have left. New trainees have a real hard time to cope up with the pace as there is anyone to train. Current employees are constantly looking for better opportunities. Ex-employees are better off in other companies. The environment is highly suppressing. Constantly finding faults between departments is very common. No team spirit in here.

      Exposure to good customer base in process manufacturing industry. Engineering solutions are leader in industry due to long history

      Cons

      No trust of employees. The worse internal business processes I've ever seen or hear about. Terrible treatment of personnel. They are losing talent incredibly fast and don't seem to care. Treat customers terribly
