Pros

I worked at AspenTech for [X years/months], and while the technical challenges and industry focus seemed promising, my experience was ultimately disappointing due to a troubling culture and lack of integrity.

Cons

I encountered repeated instances of dishonesty in the workplace, including misinformation being shared internally and externally. When I raised my concerns through the appropriate channels, I was met with indifference. No action was taken, and it became clear that accountability is not a priority at AspenTech—especially when it comes to unethical behavior.
