      -Below market salaries. They don't pay market rate and don't give good raises, then wonder why people leave. -They are forcing everyone in the US back in the office July 1st, despite the fact that most employees disagree with this, and most other tech companies are not being this aggressive about bringing people back to the offices.

      Pros

      Relatively good fixed salary and bonuses, health insurance is ok, ability to travel frequently.

      Cons

      Ambitious sales targets very far from reality based only on expectations of CEO and executive team. Oil prices, capex cuts and COVID-19 lockdowns are not taken into account. Very high turnover. Old fashioned and very slow back-office procedures. Toxic environment. Micromanagement.

      Some modern products with interesting tech stacks. Good 401k and insurance options

      Cons

      Management changes product requirements constantly with little regard for devs. Care more about tight deadlines than delivering a good product. Below average pay for amount of work expected. Strict wfh policy post pandemic.
