This can be a good opportunity if you have no previous experience and can't find anything else. The rhythm is rather relaxed and the people in the company are amazing.

Cons

The retribution is rather low and it is actually easy to find another company with the same friendly environment and way better benefits. Another downside is that most of their products use outdated technologies and practices, so not much to learn from them. It is also complicated to grow inside the company and there's no clear career growth path for most people. We've been promised a savings fund for almost a year now, with no news about it. Also, the company didn't benefit much from implementing mandatory assistance to the office from Tuesday to Thursday, there was a lot of backlash and little to no response from upper management.
