      Pros

      A lot of the clients are really nice/they're the people that you wanted to help when you chose this career.

      Cons

      The company is highly disorganized and has a bulky, inefficient, time-consuming policy. They have yet to address common complaints from employees, feeling burnt out and overworked, feeling like their time and obligations outside of work aren't respected. Insane turnover for Behavior Therapist because of little support, unsafe situations and complete lack of respect for your time. Save yourself and the clients the time and heartbreak.

      Staff level coworkers are passionate and really care!

      Management is absolutely terrible! Politics, Politics, Politics and it all comes from the top.

      As a nonprofit the pay isn't the greatest, they do, however, have fantastic benefits.
