Pros

- coworkers are generally easy to get along with - consistent hours/schedule - no nights/weekends - get to go out into the community, not always stuck in the building - most of the individuals are easy to work with - rewarding work - lots of parties and celebrations - overall the job is low stress with a good work-life balance - you meet a diverse array of people - if you can deal with the low pay, the job itself can be enjoyable - the Day Options direct supervisor is a very kind and easy-to-talk-to guy - Cigna health insurance/403b/life insurance/etc

Cons

- like most companies, management is largely ineffective - poor communication - limited with what you can do and how you can actually help improve individuals lives - daily activities are generally not well organized - the pay is some of the lowest of the field in this line of work (I could give this job 4 stars if I was making at least $20/hr)
