      My co-workers are great. Helping clients gives me fulfillment in what I do

      Cons

      The management here should weed out its unqualified members. Some of the managers here at Aspire Living & Learning aren't qualified and competent enough to be leading the employees. These managers are the ones that employees know to avoid and not seek guidance from because we surely won't be getting anything meaningful from them.

      Exploited and abused employees, cold-hearted leadership

      Pros

      My co-workers are amazing! I also feel fulfilled whenever I get to help our clients.

      Cons

      Sadly, employees in this company are simply treated like machines. We are forced to work for brutally long hours while being compensated very poorly. The leadership is full of cold-hearted people who do not even have an ounce of care for the well-being of their employees. I really regret getting a job here and I advise you not to make the same mistake I did.
