Pros

The team was dedicated to their work.

Cons

The job was marred by unimportant tasks and a supervisor who lacked respect for employees. There was a lot of yelling, and it felt like prejudice was tolerated rather than addressed. It was disheartening to see that valuable input was often dismissed and treated as insignificant. The whole experience left a lot to be desired in terms of professional growth and respect.

Don’t do it

Pros

I can’t think of any.

Cons

Disorganized, favoritism, too many cooks in the kitchen, refusal to adapt to any attempt at innovation, blame culture, unprofessional and immature behavior from almost everyone in a position of power, everyone looking to pass the buck so they can avoid people noticing they don’t know what they’re doing for as long as possible.
