+Feels like working on the deck of the titanic two hours after they struck the iceberg +Raises/promotions are few, far between, and usually insulting. +Culture is toxic. Management has open disdain for culture. +CEO is unhinged. Blames literally everyone but himself for running the company into the ground. Zero self awareness. Can not reflect on his own weaknesses or how his poor leadership has contributed to the current state of the company. +All good managers/leaders have left or are leaving as fast as they can. +Constantly laying people off with no discernible plan for how to operate in their absence, leaving remaining workers overwhelmed with extra work, and rarely compensated or promoted accordingly. +Feels like there is no such thing as job security here.
