Pros

Flexible vacation policy, Good Offices, Top clients

Cons

Working here was an incredibly toxic experience mostly due to management's lack of decency and integrity. Leadership has no alignment, empathy, or respect for the employees. The role was based on false promises for salary expectations, with no tools, set up, or proper training. Goals were not set based on strategic forecasting but rather just set at arbitrary random and were completely unattainable and unrealistic. Management is not open to feedback and is fixated in their own mindsets of what they want the end result to be vs. making sure there is a process to achieve those results that is viable. This place is an HR liability, however HR is in place to support management reinforce themselves rather than there to support employees.

Pros

- Team is supportive for the most part. - Fully remote. - Home office stipend. - Lots of great, hardworking, skilled associates putting their all into their work. - Lots of client accounts, you are able to gain a lot of influencer experience with a wide range of brands.

Cons

- Massively understaffed on the managed services team, leading to employees being overworked and needing overtime. - Higher ups agree to take on work that ultimately goes on the associates' plate when it is not realistically manageable (for high quality work) unless more staff is hired and stays on the team. - Company goes through a cycle of hiring and laying off their staff, only to post job openings for the same roles a couple of months later. Very poor planning from upper management which also contributes to high turnover rate.

Pros

WFH Fun Industry Gym Stipend Wifi Stipend Free Computer

Cons

No consistency from leadership down to the managers. No communication or any assistance from leadership. Impossible quotas to hit that are constantly changing without any process to achieve goals. They go through cycles of hiring and then firing after they are done with you after a year. They do not want to promote from within will terminate you without any notice. Lack of funding from investors so don't have much assistance when it comes to improving softwares and process. Most of leadership have left the company and this is a sinking ship. They will be fake to your face and act like everything is going amazing meanwhile they just laid off 30 employees without notice or a care in the world.
