Pros

- Get to work with some of the latest technologies - Engineering tasks are interesting to work on - Engineers can have large input into product - Team/managers are a pleasure to work with, makes you enjoy waking up for work each morning - Leadership is extremely empathetic and has actively created policy to make the transition to remote easier

Cons

It's a high growth startup, so be prepared to have a lot of responsibility - but a lot of the people here love that part of the job, and it makes it extra rewarding!

Great Product, Great Clients, Autonomy, Great Team

Cons

You need to be a self starter in order to be successful. The training/onboarding needs a refresh around expectations when you begin.
