Pros

Collaborative, fast-paced startup with a smart, hard-working, and friendly team. Great opportunities to learn and grow if you're flexible and willing to step up.

Cons

Like any startup, AspireIQ is still figuring out org structure and processes, which can be stressful if you want a straightforward career path. I actually see this as an opportunity to try on different hats and help shape the company, which wouldn't happen at a later-stage company , but it's not for everyone.

Pros

Handful of incredible people. You can get a really high title with little to no experience.

Cons

Pay, toxic work environment, verbal abuse, under use and appreciation of some incredibly talented employees because they aren't in the "popular group", immaturity at all levels due to it being an incredibly young company, unlivable wages, un-ordinary retention loss and constant layoffs (dates far before COVID hit), etc. Sadly I could go on and on.
