*Fun and inviting work environment *Super passionate and intelligent team members *Flexible work from home and vacation policy *If you work hard, you will move up quickly *You are basically in charge of your future here - if you make your career goals clear, the managers here will usually do everything they can to make sure you get to where you would like to go

*Not always a lot of transparency when it comes to our plan for funding or future goals as a whole *Pay is fine but not too competitive. However, if you are honest about your needs as far as this goes, it usually will pay off
