The leadership really invests alot into the employees, clients, and products. I feel very valued here and there's plenty of opportunities for growth. The benefits and perks offered are very similar to other start-ups and the list keeps growing. Even as the company continues to grow, culture is still highly valued. Work-life balance is also highly valued.

Cons

Being a start-up, it can be a rollercoaster sometimes, but it makes it all worth it in the end.
