This team is extremely unhappy. The Group directors do not care about the team, their bandwidth or how they speak to them. There is truly no support. The team feels unheard and under appreciated. There is favoritism that is shown at every level and a complete disregard for the well being of this team. People have gone to HR, their managers, etc and no changes have happened despite these issues being elevated to the appropriate people. It has been this way for months.

Higher-ups No transparency! No direct/clear career path or growth - there is so much talk about wanting to help each other grow professionally and personally but NOTHING IS BEING DONE. It's all talk. They have been laying off a lot of people across different departments because they simply "don't align" with the company or aren't hip enough. They don't seem to care about their clients at all. With the layoff, they simply did not reach out or take good care of clients and they were simply left of 'read'.
