Pros

Team was pretty decent before

Cons

New management has very little experience and is easily swayed by politics. Play the game and get on his good side! CEO talks down to employees and uses scare tactics which builds resentment. Honestly quite a lousy place to work in. Lots of competition from other influencer marketing software with better capabilities, losing business all the time (low retention rate). There are better products and teams to work with.

Pros

I joined AspireIQ during a period of transition, with the team having experienced frequent leadership changes in recent quarters. Despite this initial challenge, I've been impressed by the positive direction the company has taken since my arrival. The C-level leadership has demonstrated a genuine commitment to improving the company culture, enhancing support systems, and investing in employee training. What stands out is their receptiveness to feedback and their proactive approach in launching initiatives that directly benefit both the team and the company as a whole. It's clear that the leadership is dedicated to transforming AspireIQ into a constructive, motivating, and desirable workplace. Their efforts are paying off, as evidenced by the significant upward trend in revenue over the past three months. While the company has faced its share of challenges, the current trajectory is promising. The leadership's focus on employee well-being and professional development, combined with the improving financial performance, makes AspireIQ an increasingly attractive place to work. For those considering a position here, you'll find a company that's actively working to create a positive work environment and values employee input. The recent improvements suggest that AspireIQ is on track to become a standout player in the influencer marketing space.

Cons

Transitionary period with large (but exciting) workload.
