Remote setup, else no pros.

Cons

Constant layoffs, and leadership has zero vision. The tech stack is very messy, and they just want quick delivery using AI, even when they are not clear about what they are building.

Good tech infra, learning opportunities for folks who want it. Great Benefits, on par with the best tech companies in India.

Cons

Work life balance, too much hierarchy in place for such a small team. There are some incompetent senior engineers in the team.

Cons

not much but you need to be 120% performance to get a raise in your salary.
