- Every team member is very talented. - Working on real customer problems - Given its a small startup, your input is very much taken into account in decision making. - Tech stack is very innovative and provide a lot of opportunity for learning. - Leadership is very open and always seeking feedback and input to get better, which is a good sign.

Cons

- Given its startup, company goals shift at times but that is expected due to the changing nature of the market.

Pros

AspireIQ has some truly talented engineers working there, as well as a lot of trust given by the CTO and CPO to make reasonable decisions towards the future. They're truly invested in this business and it's great to work under upper level management that believes in their product, and in their engineers to make the right decision. I've worked at quite a few companies, but this was the one where I've felt my voice heard and respected the most.

Cons

This is not a great place for mentorship - you are the one making things happen. It's a smaller startup, so it's understandable. The layoffs can be debilitating towards morale, although engineers I believe are generally pretty safe from this.
