Will have more work, but still fell less stressed due to the support provided. Access to management easily. Less or no politics most off the time. Can grow technically very strong. Friendly workspace Lots of career opportunities

Cons

Amount of work and compensation is not par. More work relatively less package. Mostly self learning. Less people to guide us on emerging technologies. Less change to grow in management skills.
