1.Flexible hours (but again you have to be in office between 10.30 - 4.30),else it will be considered as half a day leave
Cons
1.Bad Politics - If you know how to play,then you can easily become Project Manager,Delivery Manager or Delivery Owner 2.Being as Aspirian,if you want to go onsite/ hike or change of department,its easy,You put your resignation,the HR will call you immediately asking for all the above three options (Even if your performance is poor),provided you have been playing dirty politics during tenure at Aspire 3.If you want to experiance your self respect being ripped, you can spend some time in cafeteria,where mostly all Project Managers,Delivery Managers and Owners will do without any hassle!! 4.If you have been in aspire for more than 3-4years,your hike will be good,later it decreases. 5.People from outside are given high priority (if they can have 'I know all' attitude) with no stuff 6.Above all Worst cafeteria.
