Great Opportunities

Pros

Compensation and benefits are good. My manager has been excellent...always happy to answer questions and provide advice. Haven't been with the company too long, but it seems that there is definitely room for advancement.

Cons

Onboarding process is minimal, requiring a lot of on-the-fly self training. Positions like mine require a lot of travel, but that can be a pro or con depending on the person. Personally, I enjoy it. 401K match contribution is made annually rather than each pay period, missing out on portfolio growth.

Pros

This used to be a great place to work. Annual bonus is a perk. Lower level management is attentative. Vacation time is approved quickly.

Cons

There has been a shift in upper management. Less focus on employees and more focus on $ No path for advancement

Pros

There seemed to be low expectations and very little supervision. The work code was casual and there was coffee in the break room.

Cons

-Low compensation -Inadequate management -Poor community and work environment -Inadequate training and communication -General disorganization
