Lack of organization and amateurish behavior.
Pros
The office is in a nice part of town. There was no pressure or looking over shoulders. The other employees are intelligent and helpful. The schedule is somewhat flexible and you get a pretty good amount of vacation and floaters.
Cons
Salary completely under-values the employee. The bonus is a joke unless you're in sales or a director level employee. The company doesn't clearly explain how bonuses are calculated in fact, you will receive different explanations from different people, none of which are true. Office culture is non existent. We keep putting bug-laden software in production because the Q/A department consists of one full-time person. There is no Business Analyst or Project Manager. Instead, they insist on on or two people doing all of the BA and PM work alone to save money. It's obvious to me that Wayne, PA thinks we're not worth our salaries.
