Pros

Cool people, free snacks and drinks. Laid back atmosphere and dress code. Cool managers as well

Cons

Disorganized, lots of confusion. Can be very stressful due to the fact no one knows whats going on. No accountability either. Low pay scale

Pros

Nice group of people. There is a lot of effort put forth for morale building activities and making it a pleasant place to work. Company is growing very fast with lots of upcoming work in booming industry (healthcare) with some leading edge initiatives.

Cons

For developers it is as corporate as possible with a relatively small staff: if you are not a developer then you are a manager of something. Each developer has a dedicated staff of micromanagers to guide you through Agile and reprimand you when you don't make your stories. There is nobody lower on the totem pole than a developer. As long as you are OK with that it is pleasant work and there are some VERY smart devs at AssistRx. You will learn quite a bit.

Pros

You get to be a part of a company that is really doing good things for people in dire need of help. The management really cares about the employees and go out of the way to make sure the whole company stays cohesive. Fun team building events, No closed doors , everyone is available to you no matter what department you are in.

Cons

No cons at all , We help people everyday.
