      Pros

      I have worked in the property management industry for over 16 years and I can honestly say that I have never worked for a better company. The support and encouragement that I receive is wonderful. My branch President Kim Corcoran and Vice-President, Samantha Hunt are incredible hard working women and I have so much respect for them. The programs and systems that Associa uses are a tremendous tool and the educational opportunities set this company aside from any other.

      I can honestly say that I do not have any complaints.

      Pros

      Leadership that increases growth including positive reinforcement along with the necessary support needed to thrive. Flexible schedule and many opportunities to enjoy my work family. Perfect balance of work life and family. Supportive workplace when anyone is going through personal trials whether it be illness, loss or illness in your family or other family challenges. The Best place I've ever worked!

      Cons

      The only con is that we are not face to face with each department, however the company has worked hard on this and technology is easing this greatly with Skype for the offices etc.

      Pros

      The best thing about working for Associa are the People & the Environment. When you enjoy your job and the people you work with it makes it easy to get up in the morning and go to work. The feeling that we are family and others truly care about you. Everyone working together. I enjoy the work that I do as well.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can be a bit stressful.
