      Pros

      Good company. We have a great branch president and our branch legitimately believes in the "team".

      Cons

      It's hard to tell how stable your job is from the regional level of management and they set goals which are completely unreasonable without justification. It's tough making goals you don't have a hand in making or feel are attainable.
