      You will gain experience on every aspect within the industry

      Cons

      Not your normal 9-5. High turnover and then they will put those properties on their managers increasing workload. No opportunity for growth within the branch.

      Fellow coworkers. Inhouse tools and software

      Cons

      Low salary. Low employee morale. Emphasis on getting new accounts through acquisitions. Retention of clients is not a priority. This is true throughout the entire US. they are losing them as fast as they can gain them. Managers portfolios are too large and managers are burning out. This goes against their corporate pillars.
