      Pros

      Remote work environment is definitely a bonus. The office has gotten too toxic over the past year or two.

      Cons

      If you aren’t experienced you will fail. Branch leaders are either overloaded, non engaging or inexperienced and are unable to assist you with questions. The recent changes in management are making many feel concerned for the companies future. The loss of communities, lack of new business and the impossible task of keeping leadership and staff only proves that the company is in trouble.

      Principles and ideals software programs to communicate with communities

      Cons

      Poor Leadership. Too many redundant systems Demands too much from employees. 60 hour work week. Central accounting in Dallas consistantly make errors that causes complications and associations to leave. Always reactive and never proactive. They don't care who committed the murder as long as there's an idiot to mop up the blood.

      Depending on the department you work for, co-workers can be friendly

      Cons

      HR blatantly lies about what they can offer for salary. Found out after years of working there, that what my original ask was, was paid out to someone less qualified then myself. Also, noticed certain departments held some of my co-workers back based on education, not experienced. A friend was hired and was an excellent employee but because he didn't have a degree, they wouldn't promote him and it was a KNOWN thing in his department.
