Pros

Co-Workers were great, helpful and understanding. The people I directly worked with made the job tolerable. Some Senior Leadership, gained much respect for them and their experience. Gained a large amount of experience in a short amount of time from those around me.

Cons

Senior Leadership - unsympathetic, not understanding of work/life balance, listens but no actions, some leadership hypocritical. Benefits & Pay - pay did not even outweigh the cost of having benefits, No reward recognition for dedication, hard work, sacrifices. No career path/growth, was provided false information during interview process. When applying to other jobs, would receive no feedback or information regarding status or reasons for not receiving job offers when applying internally.

Pros

Remote work, good pay, very community / progressive oriented

Cons

Communication is often contradictory or misaligned, and reporting to manager(s) and executives lacks the transparency and reliability necessary.

Pros

- Benefits - Remote options

Cons

I could say so much about the leadership in Talent Acquisition - toxic, micromanagers, untrustworthy, gossipy, unqualified to lead a team of that size. Favoritism is rampant and if they don't like you, they'll find a way to put a target on your back and get you fired or force you to quit. The volume of work is so high at times, but nothing gets done is a timely matter because of all the red tape and archaic chains of command and communication. There was so much potential for a strong, cohesive team with a foundation of trust. Unfortunately, the fish rots from the head down here and the turnover rate is proof of that.
