      Pros

      There are still some great people here who truly care about their work, and the benefits are fairly competitive.

      Cons

      Leadership keeps changing direction, leaving teams confused and overworked. Support and resources have declined, and it’s probably the most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in. The culture has gone downhill in recent years, and there’s a lot of smoke and mirrors—don’t fall for it. Leadership seems more focused on trying to look like the next big bank and competing with the largest players than staying true to their roots and what once made the company special.

      Pros

      Fully remote work. Pay was good. Most coworkers were kind and helpful.

      Cons

      Our manager consistently beat up on the team during meetings telling us we were always behind on our goals. Processes were constantly changed without notice to other departments and the vendor managers were left to reset expectations and explain the new process.

      Beware -They're Laying Off Colleagues

      -Remote work with computer supplied -Wellness perks are a nice incentive, but you pay for access to them

      Cons

      -Laying off ops colleagues in favor of offshore, unskilled labor forces -Not paying colleagues appropriately (significantly under market avg) -Upper management more concerned with lining their own pockets than retaining hard working, compassionate employees
