      good products, good vacation policy, understanding for personal (family)time off, training is good

      push sales to much, seem to forget customer service, don't know when they have a good employee to treat them right

      Pros

      Match and retirement plan was a great perk, but other than that, not a whole lot to be honest.

      Cons

      IT leadership is horrible, lots of 'old boys club' with old ways of thinking. It's their way or the highway. Trying to get resources assigned to projects is a nightmare. It's a functional shop, so everything filters through the top down. if you're priority isn't on their priority list, good luck getting anything done.

      Management seem to be in a bubble, not understanding employees' day to day processes or time constraints. Much favoritism shown.
