      Strong Community Involvment. Opportunities for Advancement. Midwestern strong work ethic. Personal connections to all levels of leadership, including the CEO. Investing in new modern banking locations and technology.

      In midst of change throughout the organization which can be difficult in some areas of the bank.

      Great co-workers. Great benefits. Company itself will make commitments to help you grow and develop.

      Cons

      No commission plan even though it was supposed to be a sales role. Little vision for the purpose of the role. Investment division did not have synergy with the rest of the bank.
