Pros

I do enjoy some of the management and if you are on the retail side of banking there's plenty of in-depth training. Customer relationship building is definitely a focus that has been lost at many of the bigger banks. There's more of a community bank feel here.

Cons

The bank is based out of Green Bay, Wi and everything for the employees is also based out of Wisconsin. Now that there's a Chicago presence, there needs to be more support for the employees here as well. Benefits are expensive but I honestly am not sure if it compares to other companies at this time since I do know that benefits have changed everywhere. Also there is no formal training on the corporate side of this company. Everything is aimed towards retail.

Pros

Still some good people there in the lines of business that know their stuff and treat each other well.

Cons

They overextend their people and then blame them for not getting an impossible amount of work done. If you go to management and ask them for help they just blame you for not doing enough. No career development whatsoever, they figure you will be too busy to care about advancement.
