Pros

Full-time employees are eligible for retirement & health insurance as well as PTO, Vacation, Sick Pay, flexible & Health spending accounts, Vision & Dental insurances available. overall, a fairly good environment to work in. flexible work schedule, friendly staff & guests. There's other benefits like counseling I believe at no charge to the Employee, free Life Insurance Policy, I believe it's $20,000.09 if you're working a shift & $10,000.00 if you're not at work.

Cons

Health, Dental,& Vision plans are expensive. Because of the demands of the industry you're not always treated the best. There's sometimes high pressure situations that make it hard to have a consistent experience with your Direct Managers as well as the overall work environment.

Pros

Honestly nothing to tell people about. More bad than good.

Cons

They will blame you for stuff that you don't do. Also this is not a family work environment. A lot of job turnover.

Pros

Good benefits with insurance and other perks for retirement

Cons

A long time ago Associated Foods used to value there employees who work hard for them that have dedicated time and effort in the sales/growth to this company. But now instead all they care about is spending money on remolding stores and wasting money on areas they don’t need to. Working in department management you work hard for sales, gross and labor, when you kill yourself to just be able to hit your numbers there is hard work and passion for your job. With the perks of getting a yearly bonus depending on performance with numbers it is rewarding but for the first time ever for not receiving one and let alone a thank you for all your hard work, you simply get a “oh there no bonuses this year”. Not even a thank you or a simple “we appreciate all your hard work but at this moment we are unable to give out bonuses due to economic hardship”. A simple letter thanking everyone is to much to as for. You become a number in this company vs a valued employee.
