By 'left alone' I mean no support. Poor management decisions, inconsistent management.

Pros

It's a pleasant place to work. Closed on Sunday. Most jobs are inside where it's warm. There are opportunities for advancement if you are willing to work hard.

Cons

There hasn't been any pay raises for anyone since the merger at least that's the excuse. People have been fired for saying things thought to be detrimental to the company.
