      Pros

      Use of Cell phones, bad attendance and eating at your desk, coming to work under the influence of whatever are condoned behaviors by management. Pick and choose your battles they say.

      All bad behavior is good behavior in their eyes.

      Being a small clinic, change can happen if the doctors and management are on board. Supervisors are great

      Cons

      Everything is heavily dependent on the management team and doctors. Little work and progress on diversity. The clinic is run by the physicians... which means 20 bosses
