Pros

physicians are nice and some of the staff are as well

Cons

The people I work with are unprofessional, talk about others behind their backs. Huge increase in health insurance No increase in wages to offset the cost

Being a small clinic, change can happen if the doctors and management are on board. Supervisors are great

Cons

Everything is heavily dependent on the management team and doctors. Little work and progress on diversity. The clinic is run by the physicians... which means 20 bosses
