Cons

Can be a dangerous job.

Pros

Associated offers a great employee tool program that you don’t have to pay back. About 10k in tools including all Milwaukee packout and power tools. Pay is good. They also do profit share twice a year. Once in December and another in June.

Cons

Some departments don’t communicate well with others. The shop manager seems to have an issue with the road techs.

Pros

Been with them almost 6 years and it’s a great company. Managers are great and understanding. Great pay compared to our competitors

Cons

Vans are getting old but they’re doing their best to get new ones set up. Shop tools are outdated
