Pros

Fast growing company known as industry leader. Invests heavily in employee development and most managers are promoted from within. Every employee is very professional and has nothing but great things to say about the company. Management strives to effectively communicate goals and objectives so all employees can be successful.

Cons

I have only been with the company a short time and I am sure not everything will be prefect, but management strives to make this the best company possible for both customers and employees.

Pros

I have worked for Associated for the last two years. Like any growing company, it has had its challenges. What I have enjoyed the most are the people I work with, not only within my department but throughout corporate headquarter and our six sister locations. The organization has all the benefits of a major corporation, such as promotional opportunities, benefits, and compensation, but for me it still maintains is warm and friendly family atmosphere.

Cons

Some of the managers should be more willing to embrace change. Others should not be afraid to acknowledge the accomplishments of those within their department and other parts of the organization.
