      Intro to the medical field, they hire without experience

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. The doctors all talk bad about everyone including their own patients. Nobody works together and if they do they are quick to throw you under the bus instead of help you fix what you did wrong and learn from it. Management does not care about employees they only care about their bottom line.
