They reward horrible adjusters and forget about the ones that bust their butts for them, vacation time isnt the best

Pros

It is great to work with a highly professional, established technology team. The business places gives technology fantastic support and resources. I do enjoy the quarterly bonuses too.

Cons

We have a lot to do. We are revamping a lot of things but it is exciting to put your own stamp on things.

None that I can think of

Cons

There is no training whatsoever. The diversity is nonexistent, all management are old white men. Very limited growth potential due to the small company size. Like many other claims departments it is a sweat shop that does not reward/value its employees. The CEO and management are accessible but soooooo out of touch with reality.
