If you like being micromanaged, this is the place for you. But if you don’t, it’s probably best to find another company to work for. Yearly goals are made for everyone. You do not get to choose your own goals on what you want to work on. Don’t even think about moving up in the company because you will stay at your same position for years before actually getting a promotion. You won’t get federal holidays either, you won’t get New Year’s Day off, or MLK Jr day off. From January - May there are no holidays that you get, the first holiday that is given is Memorial Day. No sick days, just unpaid time off.
