Stable environment to work in with excellent benefits. If you love being monitored 24/7 and being held liable for your actions as well as the negative actions of others then you will love working for Assurant.
Cons
Every action you preform is being monitored and/or recorded. Don't forget to ask permission to use the bathroom. Dealing with other peoples problems both workers and consumers. If you get upset make sure you don't complain your only getting off with a ride from the local squad. Managers are up tight and rude! You will only get promoted based on who you blow; not who you know. Education and experience play 2nd fiddle to having a "close" friend. This was by far the rudest place I have every worked at. Trash at its finest!
