      Cons

      Overworked, understaffed, unappreciated, no work life balance Even though we are clearly understaffed, they laid off a number of long term claims staff making the situation much worse Management knows what the issues are, but continues to make things worse by not addressing them All decisions are based on cost at the expense of the front line worker

      The company does have a lot of benefits

      You are just a cog in the machine, you are not valued by management and you do not have a voice within the company. Basically a do as we say or leave environment
