      Pros

      Assurant is a fast moving company in many ways. We are constantly acquiring new business. This makes work consistently challenging and throwing you into new situations constantly.

      Cons

      One of the downsides to all the acquisitions is the lack of solid culture. The culture at Assurant is almost non-existent. It is an incredible challenge to foster productive collaboration to get things done at a modest rate. Like any large company, it takes months for changes to happen
