Too top heavy. They get in the way of their own success. They make it too difficult for clients to work with them. Too difficult to be successful in sales when constantly kept "in the box". Too stuck on the "old tried and true" methods rather than looking outside of their comfort zone with regard to sales processes.

New hires have to get plugged in quickly, as 20 year employee veterans control the business, budgets and personnel decisions. You have to be extremely agile in building relationships ( a must) while simultaneously bringing tangible value. There is no compromise here. So don't join unless your a bit of a political animal and part Einstein in your field.
